You just had a baby.
Your body is aching, your heart is bursting, you feel lost in the midst of all of your baby’s needs.
You and baby have made it through to the other side together—now what?
You’re not sleeping, you’re crying for no apparent reason, everything is different.
Sometimes it’s hard to reach out for help even from a close friend or family member.
Who is witnessing you? Who is helping you stitch back together your body, spirit and heart?
As a new mom, I’ve been there. As a doctor & doula who almost became a midwife, I have witnessed countless parents in your shoes.
You deserve support.
90 minutes to be vulnerable
Be held on your unfolding journey into parenthood. Family Support sessions are intended for new mamxs and care parents of babies 0–12 months. I offer symptomatic relief for the fits and starts of life in the first year and share tools to tend to your tender body, heart and baby. Our sessions are a safe space for your vulnerability—including complete breakdowns if that’s what unfolds. Popular topics include sleep (yours and baby’s) breastfeeding and food support.

My practice
I work with humxns of all kinds. My focuses include fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, gut health and pediatric and adolescent care. I support all varieties of families, including queer and non-binary folx. Babies, kids and teens are welcome here and it’s an honor to get to walk through the phases of life with my patients.
As a naturopath, I embrace East Asian medicine for its truly holistic lens. Gentle (Japanese) acupuncture, trauma informed counseling, homeopathy, herbal medicine and embodied intuitive eating are are all modalities I draw on in my practice. Every appointment is different, as I focus on gently tending to what’s present in any given moment.
I believe in your body’s innate resilience and ability to heal. I am not interested in the suppression of your symptoms, rather in understanding and treating them from their root(s). I go through a lot of tissues in my office—sometimes because a patient is experiencing pain, but usually because patients finally feel safe to release.
